We are delighted to announce that Power Capital Renewable Energy and Google Ireland have successfully concluded a 14-year power purchase agreement (PPA). Google will purchase the output from the solar farm in Wexford which Power Capital is currently constructing. The facility will cost €54million to build.
Production from the solar farm will provide 54 Megawatt hours of clean energy to the Tech giant. This news makes Power Capital the Market leader in Irish solar PPAs. It follows on from Power Capital’s previous PPA with Microsoft announced earlier this year.
